TERMS OF SERVICE
These terms apply to purchases from Paperwise at paperwise.online.
1. Our products
Paperwise sells downloadable PDF guides and digital bundles. Product descriptions explain the included content, language, format, and price. No physical item will be shipped.
You are responsible for having a compatible device and software capable of opening PDF files and, for ZIP bundles, extracting ZIP archives. Worksheets are printable or can be annotated using compatible PDF software; they are not interactive forms unless expressly stated.
2. Orders and delivery
Provide an accurate email address at checkout. After successful payment, download access is normally delivered automatically by email.
If your download does not arrive or cannot be accessed, contact support@paperwise.online with your order number.
Prices and any applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. Each purchase is a one-time payment unless the product description expressly states otherwise.
3. Personal-use license
Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, read, and print the purchased materials for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, share download links, or reproduce the materials for commercial purposes without written permission from Paperwise, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
4. Educational information
Our guides provide general educational information. Dog-training guides do not replace individual veterinary advice, diagnosis, treatment, or assessment by a qualified behaviour professional.
Results vary according to the dog, circumstances, and implementation. No specific outcome or completion time is guaranteed. Follow each guide’s safety instructions and seek individual professional assistance when needed.
5. Refunds
Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected by these terms.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected and used when you visit our store or place an order.
7. Changes
We may update these terms for future purchases. Updates do not remove rights associated with orders already placed.
